Terms & Conditions

By using a plan from Pet Assure Corp you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth herein ("Plan Terms"). These Plan Terms, together with applicable additional terms and conditions referenced below, are referred to as this "Agreement."

We may revise and update these Plan Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the plans following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

We reserve the right to discontinue any plans at any time for any reason. Prices for all plans are subject to change.

The Pet Assure Veterinary Discount Plan and the Mint Wellness Plans are not insurance.

By using any plan, the holder acknowledges that Pet Assure Corp i) does not guarantee, nor is it responsible for, the quality, performance, or non-performance of any services or products provided by any provider, ii) disclaims any and all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, applicable to the program or any products or services provided to members and iii) disclaims any and all liability for loss due to the action or condition of any participating provider.

Participating providers are subject to change without notice and you must confirm with the provider that they are participating prior to your visit. For an updated list, please visit www.petassure.com/search. Participating providers are independent contractors; they are neither agents nor employees of Pet Assure.

Pet Assure Veterinary Discount Plan Terms

Participating veterinary practices will discount all your in-house medical services by 25%. This includes (but is not limited to) routine office visits and exams, x-rays, vaccines, dental care, elective procedures, in-house lab work, surgeries (including spay and neuter) and hospitalizations. Simply present a valid Pet Assure ID Card via the Pet Assure app, and the practice will adjust your bill and discount the medical services portion.

PLEASE NOTE: Practices are not required to discount: (i) outsourced services such as an outside specialist or blood work sent to a lab, (ii) non-medical services such as grooming and routine boarding, (iii) products you take home such as flea and tick preventatives, food, and medications and (iv) mileage fees. The Pet Assure card cannot be combined with any other discounts or service packages offered by the practice.

You may be allowed to purchase a Pet Assure Veterinary Discount Plan membership directly from Pet Assure. Unless you cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew based on the terms of your plan. Each renewal shall constitute a separate and distinct membership for the applicable period. Pet Assure Veterinary Discount Plan membership benefits are limited to pets living in the same household as the cardholder named on the membership card. The Pet Assure discount is for non-commercial use only, i.e., personal pets. Pet Assure reserves the right to deny coverage to any cardholder.

You may cancel your Pet Assure Veterinary Discount Plan membership and request a refund within 45 days of the day you enrolled. To cancel, simply contact Pet Assure via phone, email or send us a message at www.petassure.com/contact-us. Limit one refund per member, household or address.

Mint Wellness Plan Terms

The terms of your Mint Wellness plan are governed by the terms agreed upon at the time you enrolled a pet in the Mint Wellness plan. Unlike the Pet Assure Veterinary Discount Plan memberships, you may not be able to cancel your Mint Wellness Plan. Your Mint Wellness Plan may include access to the Pet Assure Veterinary Discount Plan.

Purchases and Payments

If you purchase a plan from us, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices we offer, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts. If your plan is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you may cancel the applicable plan. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
